Since I was a young, I've had a love for baking; and have fond memories of my mother’s sweet creations, the smell that filled the kitchen and licking the gooey remains in the mixing bowls! Since then I’ve been experimenting making cakes, pastries and desserts and over the past few years I’ve started to play more with cupcakes, making them all the time just for fun, experimenting with recipes, and decorations, and trying them out on my friends and family. I have perfected my skills by investing time in one to one tuition with Ella Reid at Ella’s Barn, School of Cake Artistry and in cake decorating courses. I take pride in each hand made sugar craft decoration and in the fresh, local ingredients used for each cupcake and I am always searching for unique new designs. |
